Job Description

Are you a rockstar administrative virtual assistant? Then we want you!

Our administrative VA will be working back-office tasks to support amazing travel experiences for our travelers. We need someone that is willing to grow and learn while making sure our business runs smoothly.

Detailed responsibilities
1. Daily report via email, detailing complete and ongoing tasks
2. Organize and maintain our travel platform
3. Create and track taskings for each of our valued travelers
4. Create proposals and itineraries for our travelers
5. Send out correspondence with our suppliers and travelers
6. Create marketing emails
7. Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as needed, including data entry, report preparation, and project management

Required Technical
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1-year experience or the ability to show the following:
1. Strong English skills, written and verbal
2. Create written and visual itineraries
3. Research: Perform thorough and efficient online research for different
projects.

Soft Skills
We work in fast paced industry. It is imperative that our VA would be:
1. A fast learner
2. Attention to the smallest details
3. Follow instructions

Basic Skills
In additions to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
1. Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc..
2. Microsoft Outlook
3. Microsoft Word
4. Microsoft Excel
5. Microsoft Powerpoint
6. Communications apps like: WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Microsoft Teams, etc..
7. Project management software: Travefy, Trello, Microsoft
8. Time management or tracking software

Pay
$400/month for full-time work (40-hrs a week)

Once you complete a successful 6-months’ probation, you will earn:
1. 13th month

Training provided
If accepted, you will be provided with training for our itinerary building and tracking database.

As we grow, you will have continued training, along with some with our suppliers to ensure that we are delivering the ultimate travel experience.

Position Details
1. Must be available 40-hrs a week
2. Must be able to have a virtual status and goals meeting 2x a month during CST hours.
3. Must have a personal vision for success
