Travel Agency Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Travel Agency Assistant to join our team at Click to view.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of our niche (Islamic travel packages), and a keen eye for detail. The primary responsibilities will include responding to leads within our CRM system, creating basic travel itineraries including flights and hotels, and assisting with administrative tasks related to booking and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to leads and inquiries within our CRM system in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize the Nexion Canada platform and Expedia TAAP to research and book flights and accommodations for clients.
• Prepare basic travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and budget.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing travel documents, and maintaining client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms such as Nexion Canada and Expedia TAAP is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Note: Given that it’s a new company, the workload isn’t too much right now, and as such it’s more of an hourly / on-call position. You will be paid via direct bank transfer after every 20 hours you complete.
