**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Client Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry, excellent organizational skills, and leadership capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work part-time or full-time and involves managing client services operations, utilizing Asana and Keap CRM systems, and overseeing the hiring, training, and management of Virtual Assistants (VAs) in the future.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their travel experiences.
2. Utilize Asana and Keap CRM systems to manage client interactions, bookings, and communications.
3. Coordinate with travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to secure bookings and accommodations for clients.
4. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Lead and mentor a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), including hiring, training, and performance management.
6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client services operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages, promotions, and special offers to clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate and valuable assistance to clients.
9. Prepare reports and analytics on client interactions, bookings, and satisfaction levels to inform business decisions.
10. Assist in developing strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue for the company.

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in client services, preferably in the travel industry.
– Proficiency in using Asana and Keap CRM systems.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Flexible schedule with the option to work part-time or full-time.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
