Travel Agent

Hi there.

My travel business is growing and we are hunting 2 new Mini me to join us.

Here are the details of the candidates that I’m looking for:

– Minimum 2 years experience in GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre).
– Able to do manual command in GDS, look up for fare, availability, price etc.
– Knowledge of different airlines, routings and products.
– Know how to research different destinations, accommodations, and tours.
– Knowledge of Outlook, excel, words, social media and Canva.
– Great communication skills and attention to details.
– Excellent Customer services and handle complaints.
– Easy going and knows how to have FUN.
– Motivated, eager to learn and want to further your career.
– Bonus points if you know how to use Tramada.

Fulltime: 40 hours. Monday – Friday 9am-6pm Sydney time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. May be required to work after hours or weekends with additional pay.
Salary: PHP 28,000 – 35,000 depending on experience and skill set. Salary is negotiable if you have 5+ years experience in travel or work as a supervisor.
Bonus: PHP 10,000 per month if exceeds team target (This applied after 4 months probation). There will be different tiers which you can potentially earn more as well.

You will be required to have your own laptop, camera, wifi and Microsoft products such as Outlook, Words, Excel, Powerpoint on your laptop.

The first 4-6 months you won’t have to deal with clients directly. I’ll be dealing with the clients then will brief you with their travel request e.g. flight options, dates, accommodation research etc. I will then check your work and send to the clients.

The goal for 2023 is to have 3 team members and by 2024 grow to 10. By then we are aiming to have a team overseas getaway to celebrate our success together.

My first Mini me aka Jam has been with the business less than a year and because of her hard work, dedication, the business is doing extremely well that we can bring her to Australia and Fiji for a work retreat/holiday all expenses paid for.
