My name is Paul and I am looking for a very special VA to share in the fun times of a tour operating company.

Let’s start with me, my company and team.

I am super easy to work with, although I do have ADHD and so can be a bit scatterbrained.

We specialise in wildlife group tours, retreats and also luxury travel. So at any given time, we could be promoting tiger safari’s or desert treks or personal development retreats.

Here’s the problem/challenge.

One of my team had to take an extended leave from work in Jan, so me and my other assistant have been overwhelmed.. And when I get overworked, it takes me away from marketing and growing the company.

So, here’s what we’re looking for….

Someone who’s super reliable, easy going and dependable & professional

Ideally a travel agent/tour operator with experience but if not – super organised, efficient and methodical

A “can do” attitude and prepared to get stuck in

Able to prepare flight, hotel & itinerary quotations

Good written and spoken English

Good Customer Service abilities

Able to think and act on own initiative

I am currently climbing out from the rubble of a lot of admin and operational work BUT we have a number of EPIC marketing campaigns lined up.

When I run campaigns, we usually sell out our tours and we need a reliable VA to help look after our clients (respond to their queries, book flights, upgrades for them etc)

In addition to our group tours, we have tailor made luxury clients to look after. For these clients you would be quoting and booking flights, hotels and mapping out itineraries.

For our tailor made clients, there is great money to be made for the right candidate.

A few things we don’t want from a VA

Flaky or unreliable. We want a good team player. Whilst we are all super cool to work with, we all have each other’s backs and back each other up and look after each other.

Not able to act on your own initiative; We are definitely NOT micromanagers – we are team players and you will be left to crack on with your role. That said, you wont be alone and you will be fully supported.

Things we DO want

You are hungry for commission and able to jump on red hot leads when we pass them to you (we qualify them first)

A good team player with confidence and energy to bring to the team

You are able to start straightaway

I have currently paused marketing for our luxury tailor made holidays because I am looking for the right person to join our team (could that be you?)

We do have some red hot leads that need working on right now – and if you are good at what you do and can prove yourself in this role – we will give you as much opportunity to earn extra commission as you can handle.
