Job Description

We are a faith-based travel agency and we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Travel Booking and Social Media Specialist. This role combines the expertise of travel booking, social media management, website management, and branding to create compelling travel experiences and engage our audience effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Travel Booking:
• Utilize booking platforms and industry knowledge to arrange travel itineraries for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, reservations, and modifications.
• Stay updated with travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• Respond to emails, write or update product description.
2. Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and contests to promote travel experiences, special offers, and destination highlights.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, and engage with followers to build relationships and loyalty.
3. Website Management:
• Maintain and update the company website with accurate travel packages, pricing, and promotions.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by regularly testing website functionality, navigation, and responsiveness across devices.
4. Branding:
• Develop and maintain brand identity, messaging, and visual assets consistent with company values and objectives.
• Collaborate on the creation of branded materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment online, and strategize ways to enhance brand reputation and perception.
5. Billing
• Responsible of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field or high schools with years of experience.
• Proven experience in travel booking, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., Go Daddy, WordPress,).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking and a passion for travel and storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience in booking cruises (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, Norwegian, MSC) is a plus.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
• Fluent in English and speaking another language is a plus.

This is a part-time role and will be promoted to a full time after 3 months based on KPIs. We are looking for individuals who are ready to fully commit their time and energy to grow and develop. All roles are 100% work-from-anywhere (work from home or wherever it suits you best).
