We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Tramada and Sabre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and managing complex travel itineraries for clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized travel services to clients, including booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
Utilize Tramada and Sabre software to research, plan, and book travel arrangements
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget constraints
Offer recommendations and suggestions for travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
Manage multiple bookings simultaneously and ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date
Handle any changes or cancellations to travel itineraries and ensure clients are informed and accommodated accordingly
Provide support and assistance to clients during their travels, including handling any issues or emergencies that may arise
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide clients with the most relevant information
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
Proficiency in using Tramada and Sabre software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations
Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
