Job Title: Client Relations Manager
Department: Administrative Department
Reports To: CEO | Operations Manager
Schedule: Australian Time / 6 hours per day

As a Client Success Manager, your primary objective is to ensure the satisfaction and success of both our clients and the staff assigned to them. You are the key point of contact between our staffing agency, our clients, and our candidates. Your role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and facilitating a positive experience for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Regularly communicate and hold meetings with clients to ensure our staffing solutions align with their business objectives.
Solicit feedback and assess client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Candidate and Staff Management:
Work closely with the recruitment and staffing teams to identify and select suitable candidates for client job orders.
Monitor candidate performance and address any performance issues or skill gaps.
Act as a liaison between the client and the candidates, ensuring effective communication and resolution of conflicts or concerns.

Account Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing job orders, and candidate placements, and ensuring client expectations are met.
Monitor performance metrics related to candidates and staffing operations, making data-driven improvements as necessary.

Candidate Performance Improvement:
Collaborate with training and development teams to provide additional training and support to candidates when needed.
Mediate and facilitate resolutions in cases of conflicts or disputes between clients and candidates.

Regular Check-Ins and Communication:
Schedule and conduct regular check-in meetings with both the client and the candidates to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure ongoing alignment with client needs.

Feedback Collection and Analysis:
Gather feedback from both clients and candidates to identify areas for improvement, address concerns, and make adjustments to better serve both parties.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts, such as offering additional staffing solutions or services that align with their needs.
