Are you a travel enthusiast with deep expertise in using the SABRE GDS? Do you have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in the travel industry? As a Travel Industry Guru with SABRE GDS experience, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with their travel needs, ensuring they have seamless and memorable journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize SABRE GDS to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for clients.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel itineraries, options, and destinations.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and travel advisories to provide the most current information to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with team members and travel partners to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience using the SABRE Global Distribution System (GDS) is essential.
A deep understanding of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with other GDS systems is a plus.
Tramada Experience is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role in the travel industry is preferred.
