As a Travel Industry Guru with GALILEO GDS experience, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with their travel needs, ensuring they have seamless and memorable journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize GALILEO GDS to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel itineraries, options, and destinations.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and travel advisories to provide the most current information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with team members and travel partners to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience using the GALILEO Global Distribution System (GDS) is essential.
• A deep understanding of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
