Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Travel Planner and Concierge to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our trips are flawlessly executed and our travelers have memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:
– Contact hotels, tour companies, and other service providers to obtain pricing and vet their services.
– Organize quotes and proposals in Google Sheets.
– Select the best suppliers based on quality and cost.
– Maintain regular communication with suppliers.
– Input pricing and keep track of deposit due dates.

Traveler Support:
– Serve as the primary contact for travelers registered for specific trips.
– Assist travelers in finding flights that align with their itineraries.
– Answer questions about trip itineraries and provide detailed information.
– Offer suggestions for free day activities and assist with booking those activities with preferred suppliers.

Communication and Organization:
– Keep up with emails and maintain organized records of all communications.
– Ensure all trip details are accurately documented and communicated to travelers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets and other office software.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences.
