Travel Planner and Tour Coordinator in Spain (remote)

Not Just a Tourist focuses on tailor-made experiences in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. We hope to bring on a passionate and proactive travel planner and tour coordinator who will receive training.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Handle travel inquiries originating from email & phone calls
Create travel itineraries in Spain, Morocco and Portugal
Coordinate guides, team and schedule the tours
Hire, interview and supervise new guides
Contact local providers and book activities with them
Conduct market and sales research
Create content for social media or supervise our social media team
Qualifications:
Essentials
PASSION for TRAVEL and travel industry
Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
Self-motivated, tenacious, pro-active and problem solver
Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
Strong communicator internal/external
Excellent level of English
Perfect writing skills
Strong sales skills
Diligent customer service
Ability to work independently
Flexibility to work with changing time zones
Desirable
Destination knowledge of Southern Spain, Morocco and Portugal
Basic communicative skills in Spanish
Comfort with social media (Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram) and digital marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Word, and the internet
Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition for rapid career progression
Proactive team player
Previous work experience with North Americans

Compensation & Conditions
Between 600 and 800 dollars or more per month depending on your expertise and the season.
Hours: 9 Hours/daily 6 days a week
There is a training period of 1 month and a trial period of 3 months.
