Planet Natural is a dynamic media company that specializes in creating engaging and trendsetting content for a United States audience. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Trend-Driven Content Curator and Engagement Writer and Strategist to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who not only has a natural instinct for the latest trends across various industries but also has a keen understanding of the digital media landscape. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for writing, a pulse on current cultural conversations, and the ability to craft captivating content that drives engagement, gets clicks and captures the attention of a diverse online audience. Our ideal candidate can write using engaging dialogue and will need little to no editing.
Responsibilities:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, pop culture, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, and more, and translate these trends into engaging content for our MSN platform.
The slide shows we create are around 700-1000 words , generally consisting of 15 slides, with engaging and dynamic photos. We need a candidate who is not only a strong writer but able to choose editorial photos for their slideshows as well.
Develop original and compelling article ideas that align with current trends and resonate with our target audience.
Write and edit articles that are both informative and entertaining, with a unique voice and perspective that sets our content apart.
Create eye-catching headlines, subheadings, and social media teasers to maximize the reach and engagement of each article.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as images, videos, and GIFs to enhance the visual appeal of the content.
Adapt to changing trends and dynamics in the digital media landscape to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and resonant.
Qualifications:
– Native-level proficiency in US English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
– Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems for publishing and formatting content.
– Ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize content strategy.
– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality, error-free content.
– Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
