Job Description

We are hiring several very talented triage callers (B2C) to join our team during our available weekend shift. As a triage caller you will have scheduled appointments put on your calendar where you meet with and quickly evaluate and conduct initial qualification to schedule final call for purchasing the product with a licensed agent or transfer them immediately to the agent (if available). You will be responsible for contacting these prospective customers via phone (primary), text (secondary) or social media (very distant third) if you they have not shown to the meeting and following up until you have scheduled a new appointment for with you to qualify them and take the next step.

You will also be tasked with calling, texting and emailing all incoming prospective customers that have expressed interest in the past and either did not schedule, did not show or were never qualified by anyone. The scheduled calls are “very hot” leads for campaigns we run specifically for our company and the contacts will have just completed the online form and were contacted by our team and an appointment set for you during your work shift. Your job will be to follow a process in your meeting to qualify them using a worksheet provided and contacting each person immediately if they did not show so you can re-engage them right then or reschedule them to meet with you at a better time. A list of warm leads that never got schedule or did not show up to scheduled appointments will also be provided to call and text between your meetings. All scripts and an procedures will be provided. Paid training and role playing will be conducted. Weekly reviews are held to review activity and make needed corrections.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organized, professional, calm under pressure and able to work independently with minimal direction. Sales experience is not necessary but will help. All calls must be made by dialing via our company Skype #. All calls must be recorded in Skype by you and saved as a wave file playable on an PC. Skype account access will be provided along with a company email and access to our CRM.

Days: FRI – 9AM – 6PM ET
Days: SAT – SUN – 10AM – 6PM ET

Salary: $11/hour (payments through Wise)
Bonus: $0-$100 weekly based on performance

Required Skills and Experience:
– Must be a freelancer and not working through an agency
– Fluent English
– Very strong written and verbal communication skills
– Neutral accent
– High School Diploma
– Track record of freelancing
– Verifiable track record of freelancing as an appointment setter
– 2+ years appointment setting experience in B2C sales
– Ability to overcome objections
– Willingness to learn and practice
– Able to take constructive advice
– Organizational skills
– Great listening skills
– Ability to guide the conversation to schedule qualify the prospect and get them on the phone right away with a licensed agent who will complete the sale
