Job Description

The Troubleshooting Guild Leader will mentor, coach, and develop the Troubleshooting Team to reach optimal performance levels. It is also the guild leader’s responsibility to update and develop SOPs to support the Brand Management Team and the Guild Trainers & Rovers and provide assistance to anybody in the team when needed.

Responsibilities:

Completing various Amazon-related tasks in Seller Central and attending to other troubleshooting-related tasks.
Serve as a facilitator to Troubleshooting Team, providing leadership and direction
Develop and lead team objectives, initiatives, and goals to maximize success
Update SOPs to support Brand Management Team and Guild Trainers & Rovers
Monitor and provide assistance as needed to maintain high-quality performance
Generate reporting & analytics to track progress and identify areas of improvement
Conduct coaching calls with team members to promote knowledge transfers, educate, and develop individual strengths and weaknesses
Liaise with other colleagues at MAG to ensure that we serve our clients to the best of our abilities.
Adapt to shifts in direction and objectives as needed
Create and conduct training sessions and skill transfers to the rest of the team to address any process gaps
Maintain 120% staffing and report to HR for any unforeseen staffing issues.

Qualifications:
Amazon Catalog Troubleshooting experience
Team leadership experience, including coaching, training, and teaching in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Detail-oriented and able to anticipate company needs
Ability to create training materials and facilitate training sessions

Expectations:
40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
Permanent WFH setup
The work schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday only)
A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
