THIS ROLE REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A CARRIER SALES REP FOR TRUCKLOAD FOR A FREIGHT BROKERAGE THAT’S BASED IN THE UNITED STATES.
A little about us:
We are a US based Freight brokerage with a specialization in difficult shipments. Most of our shipments are either driver assist, multiple stops, or difficult commodities with special requirements.
We have 3 divisions: US domestic Truckload and LTL, Ocean & Drayage, and Mexico cross border.
This position would be for the US Carrier sales team for only truckload shipments.
We have a passion for hiring in the Phillipenes, and currently have 8 employees in the Phillipenes with plans to hire more. Even though they’re independent contractors, we feel strongly about treating our counterparts in the Phillipenes as part of the family. Thus we typically abide by the norms of the Phillipenes that in-country firms would provide.

Pay rate of $1000-$1600 is an estimate, as it’s based on a salary plus monthly bonus that will be discussed in more detail during interviewing.
Responsibilities will include:
Posting Loads to DAT / ITS
Removing loads from DAT / ITS
Booking / Negotiating loads via email
Booking / Negotiating loads via phone
Building relationships with Carriers to utilize repeat capacity
Following up with new carriers getting setup in our system
Data Entry for new carrier sourcing (Google sheets and/or excel)
Sending rate confirmations on behalf of the Carrier Sales Rep
