Are you an experienced Maintenance or Turnover Facilitator in Residential Property Management?

We’re seeking an individual like you to join our team in a stable full-time position.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 or C2 level).
Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years managing vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors in Residential Property Management.
Background in Turnover Coordination.
Familiarity with residential repair costs, standards, codes, and durations.
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Central Standard time zone. This would be graveyard shift for you.
Well-equipped with a modern computer (i3 Processor or higher, 8 GB RAM), high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a dedicated workspace.
Proficient in MS Office products with adaptability to software like Podio, Appfolio, and others.
Strong multitasking ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accountability.

As the communication guru for turn projects, you’ll be the point person for daily updates, fostering a collaborative environment with the team, vendors, and residents.

Your day unfolds with walkthroughs alongside independent contractors, crafting comprehensive scopes of work that not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures transparent pricing, providing clients with a clear understanding before project kick-off. Dive into the world of quality control, working hand-in-hand with technicians to ensure homes aren’t just ready for rent but exude excellence.
