As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist at TURO Car Rental, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both car owners and travelers on our platform. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth rental experience, resolving inquiries, and handling any issues that may arise throughout the rental process. This is a fully virtual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Responsibilities:**

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
– Assist users with booking inquiries, rental extensions, cancellations, and other rental-related issues.
– Provide guidance and support to both car owners and travelers regarding rental policies, procedures, and best practices.
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
– Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall rental experience.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

– Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the car rental industry.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
