Job Description:
Role Overview:
As a Twilio API Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our communication infrastructure. You will be responsible for optimizing voice applications and ensuring seamless call routing using Twilio’s powerful APIs, with a focus on Programmable Voice and Elastic SIP Trunk.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Twilio-based voice applications.
Configure and fine-tune call routing mechanisms, specifically focusing on Elastic SIP Trunk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge voice solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with Twilio’s latest features and recommend their integration.
Provide exceptional technical support to ensure reliable voice communication.
Add new functionality to our consumer-facing Twilio PBX software.
Implement solutions using our own Twilio PBX software.
Develop custom solutions for clients with requirements outside our PBX software capabilities.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Twilio API development, particularly in Programmable Voice, Call Routing, and Elastic SIP Trunk.
Proficient in API integration and scripting languages; familiarity with C# is preferred, but experienced developers with expertise in another language are welcome and expected to transition to C# upon joining.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication (UK and US English) and teamwork abilities.
Innovative mindset with a passion for optimizing voice solutions.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, candidates should be available to work at least one hour between 8 PM to 6 AM Manila Time to accommodate our global operations.
