Job Title: Assistant – Twilio SMS and ConvertKit Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant with expertise in Twilio SMS and ConvertKit to join our team. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our SMS communications through Twilio and executing effective email marketing campaigns using ConvertKit. Your ability to write engaging email copy will be vital in driving sales and engaging with our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Manage SMS communications using Twilio, ensuring prompt and effective delivery of messages to our customer base.
Utilize Twilio’s features and functionalities to create personalized and targeted SMS campaigns, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Familiarity with Twilio’s API and ability to troubleshoot any technical issues or integrations related to SMS communications.
Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and create engaging email copy to be used in our email marketing campaigns.
Utilize ConvertKit or similar email marketing software to manage and execute email campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create email templates, optimize open and click-through rates, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Continuously monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
Stay updated on industry best practices for email marketing and SMS communications, incorporating new strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Provide assistance in other administrative tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience and expertise in working with Twilio SMS, including a deep understanding of its features, APIs, and integration capabilities.
Proficiency in using ConvertKit or similar email marketing software, with hands-on experience in managing email campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging and persuasive email copy that drives conversions and sales.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, A/B testing, and analytics.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing and SMS communications.
