Twitter expert to manage and promote account

Self explanatory. I need a manager for a twitter account. It’s in the e-girl niche. The page is currently at 1.5k followers, mostly from outside sources and not twitter itself. I need someone to post, schedule posts and make the feed look active. Bonus points if you’re engaging with fans. As for the tactics to use, you’re free to bring in some of your own proven methods (that’s actually what I prefer, experimentation). However, the general list of tasks to do are simple: take a piece of content, come up with a title (NO robotic or fake-looking stuff, the girl DOES have a personality that should show in the tweets), post it and analyze results. Add in interacting with other models, doing SFS or even joining RT groups (it DOES look spammy, but if it brings the results, I don’t mind). As for posting frequency and scheduling, you are free to look at competitor pages for reference, but generally 7+ tweets a day, of which at least 3 are clips/pics is what we want to go for. In terms of budget, I can offer a base of $50/month with added commission off net sales made (OF). Realistically, this will total to about 100-120 a month, per model.
As for the perfect candidate, I prefer someone with already existing experience in the field. If you’ve simply done Twitter promotion in a different niche, bid and we can talk about it. For timing, assuming you’re good, you wouldn’t be spending more than an hour a day on the posts. So ideally, if you’re already doing this for any other models, you can just take on one extra and earn some money doing it.
You SHOULD have enough knowledge of the platform to: set up an anti-detect browser profile with the proxy provided and also not get banned/shadowbanned
