Twitter Viral Marketer

We want a highly experienced and skilled Twitter Social Media Manager that has the ability to grow and manage BIG TWITTER accounts with hours from:

SA: 11pm-4am
UK: 9pm-2am
USA (LA): 1pm-6pm
Or in PHT: 5am-10am.

The reason for this schedule would be because this is the best time to post.
You would be required to work 5-10am (5 hours) for 6-7 days a week. If you’d like a day off then let us know. Starting salary will be $300/month and can increase to $500 if you work full 7 days and if you meet certain target criteria. If you exceed them, then so will your salary.

Please do note that we require previous experience in handling big Twitter accounts or accounts that you handled and grew to big accounts. We will request proof. NO PROOF = NO EXPERIENCE = NO CHANCES IN EMPLOYMENT

Also note that once we think you’re a fit, you will first proceed to a probationary phase.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role will be managing our Twitter pages. You will be supplied with all of the content you need, captions and how/when to post each piece of content. After some time, we will require you to be able to write your own captions which are engaging and pick your own posts to upload. This is where you will grow the accounts based from our training/teachings in the first few weeks/months.

Each account will require an upload once every 1-2 days depending on how viral the last post went. On some occasions it will be common to wait up to 4-5 days before uploading a new post if the previous one has gone very viral. You will be given the engagement targets so you know whether to make a new upload or not for each page.

We are not looking for a “social media manager”, but instead a “viral marketer” as you will be working with pages which are able to generate tens of thousands of engagements on a single post when it has been tailored perfectly for that audience and millions of monthly impressions for each page.

It will be your number #1 goal to not only maintain what we are doing, but make it bigger and better. You must be driven by continuously pushing the barrier on how viral the content can go. This is a specialized skill to have and is the main thing we will be looking for during probation in order for us to offer you full time employment.
