Job Description

Position Overview:
I am seeking two motivated individuals for my company, RPB Ventures.

One administrative and personal assistant with strong administrative and business outreach skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently and create systems and processes for my company to run smoothly and efficiently.

One social media coordinator who is a self-starter and has comfortability working on popular social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Should be able to create content based on my vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Services
Create systems and processes to ensure my business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to organizing and researching business-related information managing and setting meeting schedules.
Personal Assistant
Support me in personal tasks, including but not limited to booking travel arrangements and setting up appointments.
Business Outreach
Coordinate with business contacts and follow up on event-related connections. Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and potential clients.
Collaborate and identify new business opportunities.

Social Media Marketing
Create and implement a social media marketing strategy.
Create social media content schedule.
Edit and create reels and other related content.
Research trends and overall market research on the legal and speaking engagement businesses.
Engage with our online audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Analyze the impact of social media campaigns and assist with uploading content.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Previous experience in administrative, outreach, personal assistant, legal, or social media marketing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Legal experience or familiarity with legal procedures is a plus.
Familiarity with working with CRM, photoshop and adobe.

Work hours:
