Job Description:
As a User Generated Content Manager at Twinkling Tree, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with content creators to produce high-quality user-generated content that aligns with our brand. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media presence and driving engagement through authentic and captivating content.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and Engage UGC Creators: Proactively reach out to and engage with UGC creators to find high-quality content creators who align with our brand.
– Coordinate and Organize Shoots: Liaise with content creators to organize shoots, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently.
– Provide Creative Direction: Give clear and concise direction to content creators on the type of content we are looking for, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
– Influencer Collaborations: Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations, negotiate terms and managing relationships to maximize brand exposure.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Experience in UGC Management: Proven experience in managing and working with UGC creators, preferably within the eCommerce or social media marketing space.
– Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey creative concepts clearly and effectively.
– Creative Mindset: A keen eye for high-quality content and a strong understanding of current social media trends.
– Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring all content is delivered on time and to the required standard.
– Collaboration Skills: Experience in working with influencers and managing collaborations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
– Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and what type of content performs well on each.
Working Conditions:
– Remote position.
– Flexible working hours with a minimum of 40 hours and 5 days per week.
Compensation:
– Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. Ranging from $8 – $15/hour USD
