UGC Creator Recruiter

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented UGC Creator Recruiter to play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing User-Generated Content (UGC) creators for our European Brands.

As the UGC Creator Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing a diverse pool of UGC creators. Your expertise in talent acquisition and your understanding of content creation trends will be crucial in shaping a vibrant community that contributes to our brand’s success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Utilize various channels to identify, reach out to, and onboard talented individuals who align with our brand objectives and can contribute high-quality content

2) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage with potential UGC creators, highlighting the unique opportunities and benefits of collaborating with our brand

3) Assess the quality and relevance of UGC created by potential candidates

4) Collaborate with the manager to establish criteria for evaluating creators based on brand alignment, and creativity metrics

5) Foster positive relationships with recruited UGC creators, serving as the main point of contact and addressing any concerns or inquiries

6) Maintain a comprehensive database of potential UGC creators, including contact information, content samples

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Proven experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on content creators preferred
2) Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and emerging trends in content creation
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
4) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively
5) Creative mindset and passion for identifying and attracting top-tier talent
