THE OPPORTUNITY
– Our UGC ad agency () is seeking a full-time video editor responsible for making *conversion-optimized* video ads comprised of user-generated video content.
– Must have a strong proficiency in creating short-form content
– Must have prior experience editing *direct response* video ads
– Must have experience in creating “Tik-Tok” style content
– Must use Adobe Premiere as your editing platform
– Creative agency experience is a *huge* plus

Deliverables:
1 campaign = 12x completed short-form + TikTok style ads = $120. Pay is based per completion of project.
Time our editors spend on editing per ad:
30-45 minutes = 6-8 hours to complete 12 ads
Expectations:
To complete 9 campaigns in one month = 108 completed short-form + TikTok style ads = $1080 for the month
