UI Designer

Bring your designs to life as a UI Designer at a creative agency!

We’re looking for a savvy designer with an excellent visual eye to create interface designs for websites, apps, and other digital products.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report
2. Create designs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps, in a specific style, as directed
3. Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
4. Explain design decisions to the team or client (by video recording or by writing)

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 years experience in the following:

1. Website or app design
2. Figma (must understand and use: auto layout, components)

About you:

– You’re a fast learner
– You pay close attention to detail
– You follow instructions closely but are willing to share your ideas too
– Your English writing, reading, and listening skills are excellent

You’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

– Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc.
– Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
– Notion (project management)
– Slack (communication)
– Float (time tracking)

Welcomed, but not required skills (we can teach you):

1. Brand Identity Design
2. Animation / Motion Graphics Experience

Work schedule and holidays

This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours.

You’ll qualify for 10 vacation leaves and 10 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. When applying, please put Lattest as the first word in your application’s subject line.
