UI Designer VA

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide specialized support to our UI Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Figma for design projects and experience with the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

-Figma Design Assistance: Utilize Figma to create and refine wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Assist in developing UI components and design systems.
-Webflow Experience: Managing and optimizing designs in Webflow.
-Design Research and Analytics: Conduct market research to inform design decisions. Analyze user interactions and feedback to enhance the UI/UX on Shopify.
-Project Coordination: Oversee design project timelines, coordinate with team members, and ensure that milestones are met.
-Content and Technical Support: Aid in the development of visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity. Provide technical support related to Figma and Shopify.
-Administrative Duties: Manage routine tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and file organization, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.

Nice To Have Qualifications:

-Shopify Management: Support the integration and optimization of designs within the Shopify platform. Help manage and update e-commerce site content, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

-Strong proficiency in Figma, including experience in creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
-Experience with Shopify, including theme customization and content management.
-Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
-Good communication skills and fluency in English.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.
-Prior experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or design-related role is preferred.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in design, particularly in Figma and Shopify, is highly desirable.
