Job Description

Hi I’m Spencer Pawliw! The founder of a growth-focused, full-service, eCommerce agency in Vancouver, Canada.

I am currently hiring a full-time UI/UX & Grahpic Designer who can join our team to help us keep up with the demand for designing high-converting user experiences on Shopify.

With over 19 different clients that range in size from multi 6, 7, and even 8 figures in annual sales… We do a lot of CRO! But unfortunately, our lead designer is at max capacity and if we are going to continue to bring on great clients and deliver a great service, we need another great team member to help us out.

And… That’s exactly where you come in!

I’m looking for someone to join our team to work closely with our CRO strategist, copywriter, & development team to execute high-converting designs and leverage all of the incredible assets our agency offers such as:

1. Access to our Figma files with over 100+ high-converting optimizations & the most up-to-date CRO strategies.

2. Access to our page templates that we use to help increase conversion rates for clients the upwards of 181%

3. Access to a full CRO course and mentors to help you improve your designs and CRO knowledge.

4. And access to ALL of our systems, strategies, and highly valued clients who have incredible products and great offers for you to scale.

Your Role At The Agency?

The purpose of the Conversion Designer role at Easy A Media is to design the elements, pages, and customer journeys that enhance user experience & increase sales for our Shopify brands

– Perform research monthly following the Easy A Media Research Guides
– Design 1-4 website elements per month (and per client) following briefs from the CRO strategists
– Provide foundational copywriting on designs
– Manage and meet project timelines set in
– Manage Figma files, utilize EAM templates, and follow Figma operating procedures.
– Communicate directly with clients for feedback on designs & progress in Discord/Figma
– Attend weekly team calls to discuss CRO concepts & review client performance
– Be a SPONGE & be ready to learn and utilize the training we have from some of the top designers in the industry to improve your skillset.

– Strong willingness to do the ‘boring’ work required
– Great communicator & well spoken with team & clients
– Time-efficient, but willing to spend extra time to do things right
– Coachable & desire to grow skill set & personal traits

And most importantly… Someone who can have a great time with our team. As serious as we sound, we all love what we do and treat each other like family.

Final Notes

UI/UX design is one thing. But, understanding how to design experiences that convert is an entirely different thing. Being able to make a page look pretty AND also convert is a very valuable skill in the digital space, and at Easy A we acknowledge that.

We hold our designers, developers, and copywriters to the highest of standards and reward them for the stellar work they provide. So, you can expect your rates to rise rapidly if you can crush it for our clients.
