Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic UI/UX Design and Software Development Expert to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in owning our branding, website development and maintenance, PowerPoint design, and report creation. This is not a leadership-only role; we are looking for an active contributor who can also take on software development responsibilities, including back-end development.
Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
Develop and maintain a consistent and appealing brand image for Dillon Morgan Consulting.
Design and enhance user interfaces for websites, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports that effectively communicate complex concepts.
Website Development and Maintenance:
Take ownership of website development projects, ensuring they align with our brand and meet user experience standards.
Regularly update and maintain the website to reflect current offerings and engage visitors effectively.
Software Development:
Actively participate in the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Undertake back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US to understand business requirements and incorporate feedback into designs and software solutions.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency.
Demonstrated proficiency in website development, including experience with content management systems (CMS) and front-end technologies.
Solid experience in software development, with expertise in back-end technologies.
Proficient in relevant design and development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end languages (e.g., Python, ).
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate business goals into visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
