Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will be eager to create intuitive, innovative, and elegant user experiences that resonate with our diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
for product visuals and user experience.
– Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design
ideas.
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish UI.
– Maintain and expand our design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
– Stay educated and on top of all Muftar updates to ensure you know what our business is all about.

Requirements:
– Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
– Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
– Experience working in a fast-paced, agile/scrum development process.
– Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
– A growth mindset with an insatiable drive for excellence and innovation.
