Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative product development team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand user needs and translate them into engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design intuitive and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user-centered design principles.
2. Conduct user research and create user personas, journey maps, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
4. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project timelines.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to continuously improve the user experience.
6. Maintain design consistency and standards across platforms and products.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and user research.
8. Advocate for the user throughout the design process, advocating for usability and accessibility.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) etc.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
4. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
