At T2O, we understand the crucial role that UI/UX design plays in creating exceptional digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer with us, you will have the opportunity to shape the user interface and experience of our cutting-edge projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually stunning, and user-centric designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
Conduct user research, user testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the user journey and interaction flow.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of our designs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant projects. (optional but highly preferred)
Certification or something similar (i.e. Google UX Design Certificate) (optional but highly preferred)
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and technologies.
A passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.
