UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to gather user requirements and understand project objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and business needs.
Ensure the consistency and coherence of the user interface across different platforms and devices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Junior position : $3 per hour
Intermediate position : $6 per hour
