Job Purpose:

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping our products’ aesthetic and functional aspects. We’re looking for someone passionate about pushing boundaries and setting trends, not following them.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of new features and enhancements for our digital platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Create and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
Design intuitive and user-centric mobile and web interfaces using Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for working in early-stage startups, thriving in roles that offer ownership, and enjoying the challenge of building from the ground up.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio featuring examples of design thinking and creative execution.
Strong proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
Passionate about leveraging AI in daily work.
Enthusiasm for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Ability to research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
