This is a full-time role; or part-time role with the commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
– Seeking a versatile design professional with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, proficient in UI/UX design for web applications.
– Create engaging and user-friendly interface designs across our product range, along with visually captivating digital assets.
– Deliverables include conceptual diagrams, site maps, interaction flows, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
– Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a library of design assets, templates, and guidelines for consistency and easy access.
– Collaborate closely with the General Manager, overseeing the design process from concept to final implementation across all assets.
– No coding is required.

REQUIREMENTS
– 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
– Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and UI/UX tools like Figma, etc.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced small team, adapting to changing priorities.
– Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-managed work style.
– Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

OTHER
– Reliable computer setup with high-speed internet connection, including a backup plan in case of primary connection failure.
– Our office hours are 9am – 5pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). You are expected to work within Australian business calendar and hours that largely overlap our office hours.
– Employees receive a thirteenth month as part of their compensation.
