About the Role:
Hello, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer who also has experience in branding. You will be working closely with stake holders and engineers to conceptualize and execute designs to solve problems for our product. You have a strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition. You take pride in your creative vision, execution and communication skills. You are a strong individual contributor, but also a team player. You’ll take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
In this position you will:
– Lead design project across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
– Work with a small multi-disciplinary team partner closely with engineering, product, and business.
– Create and integrate brand guidelines and adapt them to the optimal format for the product, ensuring seamless alignment between brand identity and the product’s visual language.
– Design and develop digital assets including website landing pages, digital ads, email, video and other web assets
– Create Logo, renders, images and other graphics for branding and marketing
– Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and other design tools
– Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
– Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
– Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes
– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
– Research market and competitors.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI and graphic design
Schedule:
– 100% Remote

Job Requirements:
– Portfolio (Required)

– Proven work experience designing UI/UX for responsive web
– Strong visual design fundamentals in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy, forming the basis for creating captivating and impactful UI designs
– HTML/CSS
– Basic understanding of web technology
– Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other Design tools
– Lightroom
– Photoshop
– Illustrator
– InDesign
– Or other expertise in image editing programs
– Proven experience as a UI Designer/Branding or similar role

Portfolio Requirements:
– Showcase designs from your portfolio
– Highlight your most outstanding work, focusing on key aspects such as visual design, UI design, color schemes, iconography, typography, illustration and animation
– Demonstrate the iterative development of your designs, showcasing their evolution from initial concepts through significant revisions to the final polished design
– Communicate or be prepared to speak to your contribution to every step of the creative process
