Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at RealCheeky, you will play a pivotal role in refining Agent SideKick and designing the interfaces for new applications such as RealChat and Home Navigator. You will use Figma to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that meet the specific needs of our users and align with our innovative brand. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong portfolio of successful UI/UX endeavors.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and experiences.
• Utilize Figma to develop UI/UX design elements, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design and deliver user-centric solutions across a range of web and mobile platforms, focusing on flow and user experience.
• Evaluate user & stakeholder feedback to ensure the success of the design specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our product interfaces, while also keeping design innovation and practicality in mind.
• Assist in the planning and development of new features for ongoing projects, ensuring that usability and functionality are at the forefront.

Requirements:
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in tech or real estate industries.
• Expertise in Figma, including a deep understanding of its capabilities for designing complex user interfaces.
• Experience designing for various platforms (web, Android, iOS) with a focus on responsive design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, interaction design, or a related field is preferred.
