Position: UI/UX Designer with Graphic Design Skills
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Rate: $6-7/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused Designer/UX Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and effective designs across various digital platforms. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are both visually appealing and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
– Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
– Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of the product.
– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
– Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional user interfaces.
Requirements:
– Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
– Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
– Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
– Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
– Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
