Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design and user experience, with more than 2 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Figma is a must. As a UI/UX Developer at Camp Connection, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our app, making it even more intuitive and enjoyable for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to design and implement user-centric interfaces for our app.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our app at the forefront of design excellence.
• Ensure the app’s design is aligned with the overall business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React Native & ReactJS
• Familiarity with the camp or retreat industry is a plus.

Technical Requirements:
• Must have your own computer and equipment.
• Expected to design for all Apple products, PCs, Android phones, and more.

Working Environment:
• While we do not require certain beliefs to work at Camp Connection, candidates must be comfortable working with religious Christian organizations.
