UI/UX Figma Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in creating stunning and user-friendly website designs, landing page designs, SaaS designs, and mobile application designs.

Responsibilities:
– Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various digital platforms
– Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
– Conduct user research, create user personas, and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user experience
-Craft user journeys and create user flows to ensure seamless navigation and optimal user engagement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs
– Put the word “AV” on your subject title or be disqualified.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
– Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
– Knowledge of frameworks and designing around them, such as Tailwind
– Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, whitespace, and other design principles
– Proven experience in crafting user journeys, creating user personas, and designing user flows
– Familiarity with the overall design process, from ideation to implementation
– Include in your cover letter how many Old Testament books are in the Bible or you would not be considered.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Outstanding attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– A diverse portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX and graphic design work

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with design systems and style guides
– Basic on-page knowledge of SEO
– Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
– Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
