Job Description:
We are searching for a skilled Figma Designer specializing in both web and mobile application design to join our dynamic team. As a Figma Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our digital products by creating top-notch user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using the Figma software. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, you will deliver exceptional user experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Figma software to design visually captivating user interfaces (UI) and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
Develop wireframes, user flows, and site maps that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions for web and mobile applications.
Implement design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across all digital products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to collect valuable feedback and iterate on design solutions.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance on design-related technical challenges for web and mobile platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the visual brand identity of both web and mobile applications.
Participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the overall design quality.
Maintain and organize design assets, style guides, and design systems for efficient collaboration and consistent design outputs across web and mobile platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Figma Designer or in a similar role, with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design projects for both web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in using Figma software for designing interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility for both web and mobile applications.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and effectively incorporating insights into design improvements.
Strong grasp of responsive design principles, ensuring designs work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to work closely with developers for web and mobile platforms.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality design assets within specified deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Note: Additional skills such as HTML/CSS, animation, and illustration are advantageous but not obligatory.
