Position Overview:

The essence of the Product Designer role at HLTHX builds and steers the user experience and visual dimensions of digital care delivery. This position holds a key role in shaping a seamless and captivating user interface that resonates with HLTHX’s dedication to consumer-centric healthcare.

In terms of its audience, this role caters to members and interacts with internal stakeholders and clients. While success in this capacity is measured by milestones such as crafting intuitive wireframes, garnering positive user feedback, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
-Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
– Conducting user research and testing by gathering feedback
– Develop prototypes around client needs
– Developing product design concepts from client requirements
– Confirming product design specifications with clients
– Preparing design specifications through sketches
– Setting schedules for project completion with clients and adhering to budgets and schedules
– Troubleshooting any design problems that may arise during the design process needed
– Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
– Identify new product improvement opportunities.
– Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
– Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
– Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
– Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
– Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
– Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3years experience designing responsive web-based and native software applications
– Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high fidelity product design and user experience methodologies
– Strong visual design background
– Proficient in industry-standard design tools and software (ie Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva, Figma, Miro, etc)
– Solid understanding and application of digital design principles.
– In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX) methodologies and best practices.
– Mastery in wireframing based on customer experience
– Strong visual design skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
– Ability to stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies in the industry.

Pay Range: Pay range provides the overall pay range that exists for this role, actual compensation will vary and be determined by skills, experience, credentials, and capabilities of selected candidates.
