UI/UX Web Designer

We are on the hunt for a talented and imaginative UI/UX Web Designer to join our forward-thinking team. The perfect candidate is someone with a flair for creating visually stunning and intuitive web interfaces. You’ll be at the forefront of designing the aesthetics and user experience of our web pages, ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and exceed our users’ expectations. This role involves close collaboration with our development and marketing teams to translate brand strategy into compelling web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design exceptional UI/UX for web applications, focusing on aesthetics and user navigability.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design concepts clearly.
Execute user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and optimize the web experience.
Work alongside Product Management and Engineering to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the company.
Conduct usability tests and review website functionality to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
Additional Requirements:

Must be able to provide samples of previous work, showcasing a strong portfolio in web design and user experience projects.
Ability to work in U.S. hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our team and stakeholders based in the United States.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio that includes web design projects.
Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for crafting visuals and graphics.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes is advantageous.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail in user-system interaction.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Keeping abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and project management.
