Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Website Designer to design intuitive user interfaces and engaging website layouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design projects and extensive experience using Figma for both application and website design. This role involves collaborating with product managers and developers to create designs that meet technical and user needs.

Responsibilities:
Design or improve user interfaces for our digital products, including applications and websites, using Figma.
Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups to propose solutions for digital projects.
Implement responsive design to ensure our websites and applications are mobile-friendly.
Work with the product team to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional digital experiences.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital content.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Expertise in Figma, including a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
Strong understanding of web and mobile design standards.
Proficient in responsive and adaptive design principles.
Website & Landing page design skills
Proficient in creating visually appealing website designs
Experience in designing high-converting landing pages
Adept at user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
Skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Good time-management skills.
