Job Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. (preferred
– Proven track record with at least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design roles.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects and design solutions.
– Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
– Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition with in-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles
and methodologies.
– Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
– Demonstrated ability to design interactive elements, micro-interactions, and animations and experience with motion graphics
and creating engaging user experiences.
– Familiarity with front-end development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
– Expertise in designing for mobile platforms and creating responsive designs, understanding of mobile-specific UI/UX
considerations and best practices.
– Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with innovative and creative solutions with strong critical thinking skills and a
user-centric approach to problem-solving.
– Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback.
– Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on emerging design tools and techniques.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Summary of Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements
and translate them into innovative and visually appealing user interface designs.
– Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate insights to inform the design process, ensuring a user-centric
approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
– Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts, seeking
continuous feedback for refinement.
– Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across various –
platforms and devices.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the
overall user experience.
– Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, addressing any issues that may arise during
the development phase.
– Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve and optimize designs based on real-world user i
interactions.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, brand guidelines, and user needs, aligning design solutions with
overarching objectives.
– Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback to team members, and contribute to a positive and collaborative
design culture.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of
design quality.
