THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant! We need a dynamic and organized individual to handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, managing LinkedIn posts, CRM management, scheduling meetings, inbox management, handling invoices and expenses, calendar coordination, and supporting simple marketing functions. Additionally, you will be involved in various mini-projects aimed at streamlining business operations.

Furthermore, your expertise will be crucial in documenting processes for new roles, ensuring seamless transitions, and fostering an efficient and collaborative work culture. PAY AND HOURS

The starting rate for this role will be between £3.5 – £4.5 per hour
This position is available from 1st December 2023
This is a Long term position
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): 8am – 4pm UK Time
You will be available for at least: 40 hours a week
We will pay you fortnightly
You will get paid time off for vacations
We will cover costs for work specific training
