We’re looking for
An exceptional full time digital marketing assistant who is fluent in English. The right candidate does not need to sound like a native English speaker, but it is essential that they can articulate, write and communicate clearly in English with their team.
Responsibilities
To create and set up marketing campaigns and assets using the Hubspot marketing and CMS platforms, e.g. website landing pages, emails, social media posts, workflows, etc. We will train the right candidate to use our suite of technology platforms as part of the role
Edit and resize images
Write tactical marketing content (e.g. emails, landing pages, social media posts), based on a clear brief
Be available to work our office hours, 9am to 5pm, GMT.
Requirements
Ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, on time and on budget
Be comfortable managing digital projects and campaigns and experienced using CMS and email platforms (Hubspot experience is desirable, but not essential)
Have a good eye for detail
Be passionate, motivated and proactive
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Be organised and able to manage several different projects simultaneously
Have a reliable internet connection to enable you to work without interruption (to include video calls, emails and the transfer of files)
Have a sufficient quality computer to enable you to carry out the tasks needed
