We’re looking for a reliable and organized assistant to join our remote real estate/property management team! Escape the daily commute and manage amazing properties from anywhere in the country.
You’ll be responsible for:
>Tenant communication: Answering questions, handling lease agreements, and create customer satisfaction.
>Property maintenance: Coordinating repairs, scheduling services, and keeping things in tip-top shape.
>Marketing and leasing: Helping find the perfect tenants for our properties through listings and virtual tours.
>Financial assistance: Processing rent payments, managing budgets, and keeping track of expenses.
>Administrative tasks: Calendar management, data entry, and other essential support work.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
*At least 1 year of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
*Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
*Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues and find creative solutions.
*Proficiency in basic computer software and willingness to learn new tools.
