Seeking Virtual Assistant for Property Investment – Rental Deal Research
Are you passionate about property, analytics & are skilled in online research?
We’re looking for a efficient & detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is good with numbers to identify lucrative rental opportunities in the serviced accommodation sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct targeted web scraping on platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree, Facebook, and LinkedIn to unearth potential rent-to-rent serviced accommodation deals within the below areas and meeting the below requirements;
a. 15 minutes of Birmingham, UK city centre with specific locations below:
i. Harborne
ii. Edgbaston
iii. Moseley
iv. Quinton
v. Erdington B24 post code, not B23
b. 2 bed and 4 beds
c. Off-street parking
d. Good transport links
e. Rental rates between £800 – £1,800
f. Properties in good condition, so limited, to no investment required to refurbish
g. Must be high quality/luxury standard – use the properties on this link as a reference point of the standard we require /listings/
2. Gather and compile information on a minimum of 20 viable rental opportunities per week.
3. Perform high-level analysis to assess the potential profitability and feasibility of each identified deal using the provided analyser
4. Provide concise summaries and reports highlighting the below:
a. Property advert link
b. Location
c. Rental price
d. Images
e. Property amenities and key details e.g transport links, parking
f. Rental revenue projections:
i. You must be able to provide this through identifying similar properties within a 1 mile of the same location and their average nightly rates
ii. You can use this website for similar properties and nightly rates /listings/ &
iii. Using the deal analyser provided, only supply deals that satisfy the below:
1. Does the deal make between (-)£200 to (+)£500 at 15 days occupied?
2. Does the deal make above (+)£1000 at 21 days occupied?
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in web scraping and online research, particularly in the UK property sector.
2. Familiarity with platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree, Facebook, and LinkedIn for property listings and market analysis.
3. Strong analytical skills to evaluate property details and determine investment viability.
4. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
5. Proficiency in communication to convey findings effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in property analysis
2. Prior experience in rental property research or dealing with serviced accommodation
3. Knowledge of tools or software that aid in web scraping or data extraction
